Homemade Hummus

1 can of organic chickpeas, washed and drained
2-3 cloves of crushed garlic (depending upon how ‘garlicy’ you want it!)
3 tablespoons of tahini
2 tbsp olive oil juice from half a lemon
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ cup of water
pinch of salt




Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until a smooth consistency!
